Orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframe (ups next day air ).

Once the package is handed over to UPS, any delays in delivery are the responsibility of the carrier and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

We do not accept returns or refunds, including delays caused by shipping carriers.
