At Oud, we offer exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
⏱ Exchange Timeframe
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
📦 Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must be free of any scent (including perfume or body odor)
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or scent will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

🚚 Exchange Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, including:
• Shipping the item back to us
• Shipping for the replacement item
Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, including:
• Disliking the color, fabric, or style
• Differences in color due to lighting or screen display
• Minor imperfections such as loose threads or small marks
• Sizing or fit expectations
These reasons are not considered defects.
🎯 Promotional Discounts
If your order includes a promotion (such as Buy 2 Get 15% Off) and you request an exchange:
• The offer applies only if you keep the required number of items
• If your order no longer meets the promotion, the discount will be removed
• The correct price will apply to the remaining items
• Any price difference must be paid before completing the exchange
❌ Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
• Fragrances (perfumes)
• Hijabs
• Clearance items (discounted 20% or more)
📏 Sizing Disclaimer
Measurements may vary by 1–3 inches due to manual measuring or tailoring.
This is not considered a defect.
🌍 International Orders
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
📦 Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer (even if incorrect), we are not responsible for any loss, and no replacement will be issued.

Regular orders may be canceled prior to processing and are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
